When we started in 1974, we had a staff of four, all working out of a single downtown Dallas office. Today, Transformance resides in its own building in west central Dallas and has branch offices in Amarillo, Arlington, Austin, and Ardmore, Okla. Our reach has expanded from providing local solutions to nationwide coaching. We have 50 employees and our officers can boast over 100 years of combined non-profit experience.
The mission of Transformance is to empower individuals and families to achieve financial freedom. We accomplish this by providing expert financial coaching, comprehensive community outreach, professional debt management plans, and responsive customer service. We strive to meet people where they are and connect them with services that will move them from poverty to financial stability.
