Our experts are well versed in the process of buying a home and can simplify it for you. The coaches of FHCCS are HUD certified and are ready and willing to provide you with all the information you need. Allow our counselors to get you mortgage ready and assist with saving and budgeting.


You will receive assistance in regards to dealing with credit bureaus and learn all about the team necessary to place you in your dream home. You'll have a thorough understanding of lenders, insurers, realtors, inspectors, appraisers, your title company, and more. You don't have to go it alone determining a plan of action to start living in a new home. Your counselor will make sure that you are well equipped with knowledge and will serve as a guide through the whole process.

Reverse Mortgage

This option allows you to pay for only the property taxes and homeowner's insurance while incurring no monthly mortgage payments. Typically an option for an older homeowner, this allows you to keep your home while drawing equity from it. This is also known as a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM).
